Hard luck to the U19  Senior Girls South Dublin B semi finalists who played Holy Child Killiney on Wednesday 17 January. The game was extremely competitive with the girls falling short by two points in the end, losing 38 : 40.

That was their first loss in the South Dublin League this year. Well done to Senior Julia O'Doherty who joined the team this year with an outstanding defensive performance. Julia, led by her worthy  Captain Niamh McLoughlin, has been named as Most Valuable Player for the game.

It was a fantastic season for the U19 Girls with only three losses in the whole year.  They have truly been an inspiration for the younger players and preparation for next year will be underway soon.
