On Wednesday, 8 February we had twelve athletes competing in the Leinster Cross Country Championships. Out of the twelve athletes, seven have qualified for the All-Irelands! 

• Louise Hanley (1DN) - 13th place minor girls.
• Junior Girls Team 3rd place - Sophie Lawrence (1DN), Ruby MacNaughton (1DN), Grace Fanning (1GY), Phoebe Peare (1HS), Amy Wood (2DE), Anna Butler (2JS)
• Holly O'Brien (4SN) - 13th place Inter Girls.

The above athletes will be competing in the All-Ireland Cross Country Championships in Waterford on the 11th March. 

Well done to all competitors in what was a highly competitive set of races in the Santry demesne. The Inter Girls' team narrowly missed qualification by 2 points. Also competing were Andrew McGilton (5BH) and Peter Woods (1DN) in the senior and minor boys' races who had strong performances.
