SACJS goes out and about!
Spring Watch in our community
Whilst we were still in lockdown with everyone engaged in online learning, the Green Team asked the SACJS Community to get outside, enjoy the first fleeting signs of spring and appreciate the wonderful biodiversity within our local community.
We asked our students, staff and parents to share with us the ways they engage with, appreciate, or care for nature in our community (perhaps out enjoying the garden, walking the dog, taking a visit to the local park, strand, or somewhere else in the neighbourhood).
We LOVED seeing everyone’s response videos, from wonderful bird feeders, squirrels and foxes in back gardens, to strolls on Sandymount, Booterstown and Blackrock strand, or walks along rivers and in the local parks. There is so much nature out there and it is great to see so many of our community enjoying it.
Here are some photos of some of the responses we got!
